The Hazel project embedded revolutionary construction technology and was built in 2022. It houses a collection of serene, modern 116 units. The complying flip was a challenge for the smart construction firm to meet accessible and multifamily residential housing needs.
The Solution
Comfort Designs collaborated with the modular manufacturer who designed The Hazel building, to provide anti-slip products, along with wheelchair and mobility adaptability.
