Library Place Senior Living is an active adult residence with a healthy urban lifestyle in downtown Ithaca, developed with the partnership formed by Travis Hyde Properties and Bridges Cornell Heights. Holt architectural firm needed help to make active senior housing compliant with the requirements of aging in place construction as well as how to make the bath space easy to clean, safe, and accessible for independent living.
